Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kizeal Ingram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ove Sundberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kizeal Ingram!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ove Sundberg!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Josh West and Micheangelo Fripello.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ingram uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sundberg.
Sundberg leaves Ingram with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ingram just misses with a punch to the body.
Ingram shoots in and drives through. Sundberg sprawls well.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Sundberg.
Ingram is looking for a sweep.
Ingram is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Sundberg has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Ingram tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Sundberg easily slips into full mount!
Ingram is trying to stand up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sundberg avoids the attempt from Ingram to control.

You get the feeling that Ingram really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Sundberg postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ingram looks a forlorn figure.
Ingram slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Ingram is not content to let Sundberg control the position.
Ingram is trying to stand.
Ingram is trying to escape back to his feet but Sundberg uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Ingram tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Sundberg wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Ingram wants to get back to his feet.
You can see the frustration on Ingram's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Sundberg is looking to take a break and control but Ingram is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Ingram is trying to control Sundberg's posture but Sundberg avoids it.

Sundberg lands a decent elbow from side control.

Ingram is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ingram is pushing Sundberg's head away, looking to escape. Sundberg manages to hold on to the position though.

Ingram is trying to control Sundberg's posture but Sundberg avoids it.
Ingram is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ingram is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Ingram is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Sundberg looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Ingram with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Ingram is not content to let Sundberg control the position.

Sundberg is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Ingram is looking to escape.
Sundberg performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Ingram is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Club Pain, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
Ingram tries to get to full guard but Sundberg has control of the leg.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Ingram has hold of Sundberg's hands but Sundberg slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Sundberg content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ove Sundberg dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Ingram drives through with a takedown into Sundberg's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Ingram wants to get up but he can't break Sundberg's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Ingram stands and steps away. Sundberg gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Ingram closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Ingram is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Sundberg manages to get to full guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Sundberg uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ingram.

Sundberg paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Ingram throws out a loose jab but Sundberg uses good head movement to avoid it.

Sundberg lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Sundberg throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Sundberg walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Ingram throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Sundberg tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ingram is in Sundberg's guard.
Sundberg is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Ingram pushes down on Sundberg's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Ingram wants to control but Sundberg is keeping him busy.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Ingram looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sundberg is fending him off so far but Ingram persists. Nope, Sundberg circles away and we're back to standing.
Ingram misses with an uppercut. Sundberg saw that one coming.

Ingram wants to stand and escape but instead Sundberg has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.


Ingram is looking for a triangle but Sundberg pushes his legs off easily.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sundberg accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Ingram takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Ingram wants to control but Sundberg postures up.
Ingram is not content to let Sundberg control the position.
Sundberg lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
You can see the frustration on Ingram's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Ingram prevents Sundberg from moving into mount.

Ingram sneaks out the side door and pushes Sundberg away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

And that's the end of the fight!

I think Sundberg has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
