Basaev cracks Chimaera on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Chimaera falls backwards against the cage. Basaev follows up with more strikes that drop Chimaera to his knees. Basaev keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Chimaera! This one is all over!

A very excited looking Reed Basaev made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
