Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between JD Wildstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bad Idea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wildstein's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bring It On. Idea has chosen Boss of All Bosses as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 44 - 19 - 4, fighting out of Montreal, JD Wildstein!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 42 - 25 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Bad Idea!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Yves DeLean and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wildstein takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Idea staying out of range there.
Wildstein needs to keep his hands up - Idea had a free shot at his head there.
Wildstein waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Idea.

Wildstein throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Idea.
Idea throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wildstein connects with a leg kick. Idea looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Wildstein closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Idea to the mat! Idea manages to get full guard.

Idea has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Idea is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Wildstein.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
