PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stacey Holman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Massimiliano Taddeo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Stacey Holman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Massimiliano Taddeo!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy body kick from Holman
and Holman takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Taddeo clobbers Holman with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Holman fails with the takedown
and Taddeo counters with a nice body shot.
Holman steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Taddeo.
Holman tries to counter with a takedown but Taddeo is quick to defend against it.
A decent looking cross lands there for Taddeo.
Taddeo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Holman.
Taddeo lands a nice hook to Holman's body. Holman takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

and Taddeo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Holman is rocked!
Taddeo lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Holman head around and knocks him out cold! Taddeo hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
