Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gavin Mccall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dat Boi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dat Boi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Leandro Rodrigues and Alexandre Firmino.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mccall steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Boi. That one must have hurt.
A solid body kick from Boi.
Boi misses with a head kick.
Boi throws a head kick that Mccall semi-blocks.

Mccall forces Boi back against the cage and clinches.
Mccall has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Boi is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Boi is trying to stall.
Mccall tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Boi smiles and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boi lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A head kick misses from Boi.
Some bone on bone action there as Boi checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Boi appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

Boi lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Boi.

Mccall has taken the fight to the clinch.

Mccall pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Mccall throws a head kick that misses.

Mccall keeping moving, preventing Boi from controlling successfully.
Mccall wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Boi wants to pass the guard but Mccall is keeping the position.
Mccall really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Both fighters circling a little - Boi finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Boi lands a leg kick that knocks Mccall off balance momentarily.

Mccall sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Boi lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Mccall counters with a three punch combo that has Boi backing up. Boi nods at Mccall to acknowledge the strikes.

Mccall gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Mccall's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Mccall throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

That kick from Boi tenderised Mccall's leg. Mccall is trying to keep his angry face on.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Boi wants to stand but Mccall has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Mccall has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Boi is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Boi tries to circle away but Mccall has him pinned against the cage.
Mccall tries to pull guard but Boi holds him up against the cage and eventually Mccall drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gavin Mccall. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Mccall jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Boi walks away with a smile on his face. Mccall gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Boi connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Boi throws a wild body kick that Mccall sees coming a mile off.
Boi thuds his shin into the meat of Mccall's side.
Mccall will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mccall will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
Boi lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
A thudding body kick lands there by Boi!

Boi looks for the body kick but Mccall saw that one coming.
A cross from Boi lands.
Boi dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Mccall. That did some damage!
Boi scores with a head kick.

Mccall is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Oh Mccall is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Boi feints and then cracks Mccall's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Mccall down.
Boi slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Mccall takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Mccall on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Boi lands a brutal head kick. Mccall looks out on his feet and Boi throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
