The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rickard fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Nevil is looking to counter punch.
Rickard misses with an uppercut.
Nevil swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Rickard misses with a takedown attempt - Nevil sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
It looked like Nevil wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Rickard will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Robbin Nevil has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aiden Rickard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rickard fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Rickard doesn't manage to clinch there - Nevil circles away.
Rickard shoots in looking for a takedown but Nevil manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rickard's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Nevil gets tackled into the cage by Rickard. Rickard maintains the clinch.
Rickard tries to pull guard but Nevil holds him up against the cage and eventually Rickard drops back down to his feet.
Rickard jumps guard but Nevil turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Nevil lands with a left to the head.
Nevil cracks Rickard with a nice body shot.
Rickard is trying to pull guard but Nevil turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Nevil creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Rickard jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Nevil walks away with a smile on his face. Rickard gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Nevil lands a big uppercut and Rickard crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Rickard looks OK. Nevil waves Rickard back to his feet!

Rickard ducks into an uppercut from Nevil and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
