Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Tsoi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Odell Paquette (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tsoi kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Zvezda po Imeni Solnce. Odell Paquette has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paquette loads up on a big right hand but Tsoi slips the punch.
Tsoi closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Paquette is looking for a sweep.
Paquette is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tsoi passes to full mount!
Paquette is desperately trying to improve his position but Tsoi has a good base and remains in mount.

Tsoi is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Paquette has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Tsoi is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Paquette is surviving well by controlling Tsoi's body position as best he can.
Tsoi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Paquette tries to lock up and control but Tsoi gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Paquette is looking to improve his position but Tsoi isn't that keen on the idea.
Tsoi is working for a guillotine from mount but Paquette frees his head quite easily.
