Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jackie Facon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Hosmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Facon throws a one two combo.
Hosmer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Facon was well out of range. Poor timing from Hosmer.

Facon drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hosmer gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Facon drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hosmer manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Facon has Hosmer in his guard.

Hosmer got a little sloppy there for a moment and Facon has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hosmer has managed to get both his arms back between Facon's legs - danger averted.
Facon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hosmer on the ground.

Well Hosmer has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
