The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paul sizes up Holm with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Paul displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Holm throws out the jab.
Paul lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Paul shoots in for a double leg but Holm sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Holm drops Paul with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Paul looks back up at him and smiles so Holm waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
