Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Michael Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zhengtao Wei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wei pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Halo moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Wei misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Wei connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Halo is looking to score with low kicks.
Wei is looking to chop away at Halo's legs.
Halo throws the left hand but Wei avoids the punch easily.
Michael Halo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wei looks to land a right hand but Halo moved out of range.
Halo quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Wei walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Halo checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Halo finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Wei shoots in looking for a takedown but Halo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Wei's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Wei looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Left hook, right uppercut from Halo.
Halo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wei swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Wei will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Michael Halo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zhengtao Wei.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wei throws a right hand that Halo ducks under and follows up with a left that Halo also avoids with ease.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Halo lands a really nice looking cross but Wei seems unphased.
Wei tries to move into range but Halo moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

It looks like Zhengtao Wei has been cut.
Halo throws a jab but it's blocked by Wei.
Halo just misses with a punch to the body.
Wei throws a leg kick but Halo sees it coming and checks it nicely.

and Wei counters with a straight right hand.
Wei takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Halo avoids the head kick by Wei.
Wei takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Wei looks winded!
Wei misses with a double jab.
Halo throwing a counter right hand but Wei manages to avoid it.

Halo closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A right hook to the body lands for Halo.

Wei escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Halo pivots, looking for a leg kick but Wei is out of range and Halo settles back down.
Nice shot by Halo.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Halo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wei moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Wei raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Halo shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Wei takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Halo sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Wei bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
