Mitchell is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Baha Men - Island Boy. Tom Mitchell has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kevin Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mitchell cracks Lee with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Lee enables Mitchell to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lee manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Mitchell uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Lee throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mitchell's waist but Mitchell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lee off to one side.

Mitchell lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Well Mitchell has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
