Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Raffy Dux!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Crash Bandicoot!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dux shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bandicoot as he jumps to the side.
Bandicoot misses with the body kick
and Dux counters with a nice body shot.
Dux tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bandicoot swivels and escapes.
Bandicoot has taken the fight to the clinch.
Bandicoot lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Raffy Dux has been cut.
Bandicoot using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Dux has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Bandicoot is pressed up against the cage. Dux has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bandicoot down to the mat. Bandicoot avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Raffy Dux. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A head kick misses from Dux.
Bandicoot has taken the fight to the clinch.
Bandicoot breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bandicoot scores with a push kick.
Bandicoot rushes Dux and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Bandicoot landing knees to the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bandicoot pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Bandicoot lands a head kick. Dux smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Dux is rocked!

Crack! A monster head kick from Bandicoot and Dux falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Bandicoot!
