Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nick Fjera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juntti Jallu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Juntti Jallu enters the cage!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Juntti Jallu!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good shot there by Fjera.
It looks like Juntti Jallu has been cut.
Fjera throws a hook to the side of Jallu's head but Jallu sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Fjera fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Fjera closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Jallu tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Jallu goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Jallu throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Fjera blocks it with crossed arms.
Fjera has Jallu pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Jallu manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
A right hook to the body lands for Jallu.
Fjera misses with the head strike.
Jallu tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Fjera avoids it.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Fjera obliges.
Jallu looks winded!
Jallu tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Fjera breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Fjera looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fjera tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jallu knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Fjera is looking for a kimura but Jallu is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Fjera to get the leverage.

Jallu has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

Fjera stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jallu swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fjera wants to control from the top but Jallu keeps moving.
Jallu is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Jallu seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Fjera goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Jallu rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Fjera's guard! Nice work there by Jallu!
Fjera wants to sweep but no luck.
Jallu in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Fjera working for a triangle but Jallu defends it easily.
Fjera looking for a sweep. Not yet Fjera, not yet.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Fjera has his foot on Jallu's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jallu works his way back into a safe position though.
Fjera lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

The cut man is working on Juntti Jallu's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Jallu tries to clinch but Fjera is having none of it.
Juntti Jallu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jallu thows a body kick. Fjera tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Jallu misses with a double jab
and Fjera counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jallu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jallu misses with a head kick.
A counter left hand to the body from Fjera misses its target.
Jallu misses with an uppercut.
Jab, jab by Fjera - just one landing.
Fjera throws a shot from downtown. Jallu moves away and avoids it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jallu steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Fjera.
Fjera goes for a double leg but Jallu avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Jallu continues to drive forward.
Fjera is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Fjera uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jallu.
Fjera missing with a left hand there. Jallu was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Fjera moves forwards but Jallu connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Jallu tries to clinch but Fjera moves out of range.
Fjera was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Jallu gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Fjera to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Fjera won't allow Jallu to get back to his feet.
Fjera passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Jallu is trying to get back to half guard.
Fjera advances to full mount.
Fjera pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
That has opened up Juntti Jallu's cut even more.
Fjera lands a big shot there that rocks Jallu but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Fjera is really struggling to control Jallu but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Juntti Jallu's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Juntti Jallu's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
