Syder kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is La Coka Nostra Feat. B-Real - I'm An American. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoker fails with the takedown
and McCoker takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Red McCoker has been cut.

McCoker is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Syder's half guard.

McCoker is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Syder defends it well.
Syder won't allow McCoker to pass to mount.

McCoker is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Syder doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time McCoker.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
McCoker is looking to advance position but Syder won't allow it.

A very excited looking Justin Syder rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
