The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silvio connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Conchito Alonso 's hands.

Conchito Alonso darts in and clinches Silvio up against the cage.
Conchito Alonso misses with an elbow over the top.
Conchito Alonso is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Silvio pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Silvio scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Conchito Alonso is looking to take this one to the mat.
Silvio throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Conchito Alonso turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Conchito Alonso manages to end up in side control.
Silvio is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

It looks like Anderson Silvio has been cut.
Silvio managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Conchito Alonso .

Conchito Alonso is working to tighten his grip on Silvio's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Silvio has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Conchito Alonso is really squeezing tight and eventually Silvio passes out! Conchito Alonso breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
