The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spartan throws a right and a left that both miss.

Spartan gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Holland is looking for a takedown.
Spartan works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Spartan lands a hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Andreas Holland has been cut.
Nice body punch from Spartan.

Spartan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Spartan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Holland moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Holland wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Holland dodges the punch combination from Spartan.

Spartan clinches up against the cage.
Spartan lands a hook to the side of the head.
Holland is trying to pull guard but Spartan turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Spartan lands a hook that snaps the head of Holland backwards.

Holland gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Holland tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Spartan is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Holland buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Holland!! Holland is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Spartan throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
