Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Eikmeyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Meyer Lansky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lansky has chosen Rag’n’Bone Man - Wolves as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 31 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mario Eikmeyer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Meyer Lansky!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lansky gets a clinch.

Eikmeyer wants the takedown. Lansky is fighting it off but Eikmeyer persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Lansky's guard against the cage.

Eikmeyer drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lansky manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Eikmeyer has Lansky in his guard.


Eikmeyer is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Eikmeyer is on top in guard.

Lansky utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Eikmeyer lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Eikmeyer is working for a submission of some sort.

Eikmeyer wants to work for an arm triangle but Lansky is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Lansky manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Eikmeyer keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Eikmeyer has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Lansky clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Eikmeyer is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Lansky is defending well though. Eikmeyer let's go of the attempt for now.
Lansky is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
