Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Garik Harlamov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dimentiy Boykin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boykin has chosen Пересмотри as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boykin just misses with a punch to the body.
Harlamov appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Boykin gets a clinch.
Boykin tries for a takedown but Harlamov manages to get underhooks.
Boykin is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Harlamov gets underhooks to prevent Boykin's takedown attempt.
Garik Harlamov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dimentiy Boykin.
Boykin is pressed up against the cage. Harlamov has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Boykin down to the mat. Boykin avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Boykin has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Boykin lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Harlamov tries to counter with a takedown but Boykin is quick to defend against it.
Harlamov shoots in and drives through. Boykin sprawls well.
Dimentiy Boykin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boykin throws a hook to the side of Harlamov's head but Harlamov sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Boykin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Harlamov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Harlamov definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Boykin looks to land a left hand but Harlamov moved out of range nicely.

Harlamov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Boykin was covering up waiting for the punch and Harlamov finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Harlamov throws an elbow that misses. Boykin uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Harlamov's guard. Nice move by Boykin!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Harlamov is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Harlamov is looking for a triangle but Boykin pushes his legs off easily.

Harlamov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Boykin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Boykin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Boykin lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
