The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muntean is trying hard to land a takedown here. Santana sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Muntean throws a series of punches but Santana moves out of range.

and Muntean counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

He's locked it up tight! Muntean's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Santana picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
