Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nick Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocco Marciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Taylor might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Hit em up 2. Rocco Marciano has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Rocco Marciano!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Marciano thuds his right hand into Taylor's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Taylor swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nick Taylor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Taylor lands with a right hand.
The fight stays on the outside here - Taylor looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Marciano throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Taylor throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Marciano on the side of the head.

Taylor dives in and grabs Marciano's left leg, looking for a takedown. Marciano pushes down on Taylor's head and hops out.
We've been hearing reports that Taylor has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
