Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Alexander Aoki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Clark Kent!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Winston Alpacca and Sandra Marshall.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aoki takes a jab right on the kisser.
Aoki swats away the attempt to clinch by Kent.
Aoki throws a combination that misses
and Kent counters with a stiff right hand.


It looks like Alexander Aoki has been cut.
Kent avoids a punch combination nicely.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kent. Aoki does a little dance to reset his feet.
It looked like Aoki wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Kent throws a shot to the body.

Kent moves into the clinch successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kent's coach down at KING OF PAIN was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Kent's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Aoki drops Kent with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kent looks back up at him and smiles so Aoki waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.


Kent is rocked!


It looks like Clark Kent has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Aoki swings for the body but Kent moves out of range.
Aoki definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Kent is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

As Kent tries to get set, Aoki tries to push him back and clinch up but Kent manages to avoid the attempt.

Aoki lands an elbow inside that Kent shrugs off.

Kent throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Aoki blocks it with crossed arms.

Kent feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Aokis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

and Aoki counters with a crisp right hand that drops Kent! Aoki lets Kent back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kent uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Aoki.
Kent avoids the body shot from Aoki.
Kent wants to counter with a clinch but Aoki pushes him away.
Aoki misses with a body punch
and Kent counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Aoki is looking to wear down Kent with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Kent lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kent looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Aoki appears to be looking for a big counter.
Kent misses with a hook. Aoki ducked under it nicely.
Aoki swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Kent tries to close the distance and clinch up but Aoki swats him away and circles back towards the center.
As Kent looks to move away, Aoki throws a big counter combo but Kent just gets out of the way.

That was a close round but I would say that Alexander Aoki will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.

Aoki sends Kent crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Aoki is motioning to the referee to let Kent up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Kent takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

enabling Kent to counter with a crisp jab.

A little feinted left hand from Aoki on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Aoki closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Kent out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
