Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Edgy Brah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pieter Daan Mostert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Brah might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Smoke Serpent - Jiu Jitsu. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Brah.
Mostert just misses with a punch to the body.
Brah tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mostert was well out of range. Poor timing from Brah.
Brah slips a straight right by Mostert.
Brah connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Mostert momentarily.

A telegraphed right hand from Mostert misses the target.
We've been informed that Mostert has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Brah tests Mostert's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Brah sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mostert looks to score with a jab to the body but Brah is just out of range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Brah feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Mostert sprawling to the canvas! Mostert rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Brah finish him?!

Mostert is rocked!
Mostert glances at the clock... BAM! Brah nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Mostert crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Mostert is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

After winning the bout, Edgy Brah thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
