And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcgee tries a low kick but Bratlie avoids it.
Bratlie throws a body kick that misses.
Mcgee really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Bratlie slips a jab and a cross from Mcgee.
Bratlie changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Mcgee fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Bratlie has Mcgee up against the cage in a clinch.

Mcgee breaks the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bratlie clinches with his opponent.
Mcgee wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Mcgee misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Bratlie breaks from the clinch.
Bratlie scores with a nice body kick.

Mcgee shoots in and bounces Bratlie off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Bratlie pushes Mcgee off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Mcgee dives in and grabs Bratlie's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bratlie pushes down on Mcgee's head and hops out.

Bratlie clinches up with Mcgee and pushes him back against the cage.
Bratlie is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Mcgee to keep the fight standing.
Mcgee can't find room to land a body shot as Bratlie controls the action.

Bratlie breaks from the clinch.
Bratlie shoots in looking for a takedown but Mcgee manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bratlie's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Bratlie has closed the distance and engaged Mcgee in a clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bratlie has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mcgee is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Shelton Mcgee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Henrik Bratlie.

Mcgee swings wildly with an uppercut but Bratlie uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mcgee is trying to stall.
Bratlie has Mcgee pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Mcgee manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Mcgee wants to break the clinch but can't.
Mcgee tries to work over Bratlie's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Bratlie breaks the clinch.

Mcgee defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bratlie.
Bratlie lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Mcgee is rocked!
Mcgee drops his hands momentarily and Bratlie needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Mcgee just on the top of the head. Mcgee drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Mcgee - he's done!
