Rovanov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by System Of A Down - Chop Suey!. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Davidson.
Maxim Rovanov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Davidson stuns Rovanov with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Davidson misses with a few strikes there.
Nice uppercut there from Davidson.
Davidson cracks Rovanov with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Davidson dodges the punch combination from Rovanov.
Davidson swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

Davidson slips under a jab from Rovanov.
Rovanov walks into a stiff left hand from Davidson.
Davidson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Davidson there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like Cameron Davidson has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rovanov closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Rovanov lands in his opponent's guard.

Davidson is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rovanov is aware though and is defending well.

Rovanov gets to his feet and stands over Davidson, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Davidson felt that one! Rovanov unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Davidson from any more punishment!
