Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hulu Zulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Mitchell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mitchell is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Baha Men - Island Boy. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Zulu.
Zulu tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mitchell sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Zulu somewhat.
Mitchell with the counter takedown but Zulu avoids it easily.
Mitchell looks to land a right hand but Zulu moved out of range.
Zulu moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Mitchell displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Zulu.
A little jabbing left from Mitchell on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Mitchell lands with a hook. Zulu tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Zulu misses with a takedown

and Mitchell counters with a takedown into side control.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hulu Zulu. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Mitchell has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Zulu is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Mitchell yanks on the arm and Zulu is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Mitchell.
