Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Illya Tyunina and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spartan closes the distance and clinches.
Still in the clinch, Spartan scores with a nice short uppercut.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Spartan as Muntean tries to tie him up.
Spartan lands a hook to the side of the head.
Spartan misses with a body punch.

Spartan lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Spartan breaks from the clinch.
Spartan punishes Muntean's body with a nice straight punch.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Muntean.
Spartan shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Muntean eats them both and turns towards Spartan to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Spartan scores with a nice head shot.
Muntean moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Muntean is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Spartan cracks Muntean with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Muntean tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Spartan pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Muntean is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Leo Spartan!
