Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Trey Randall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tajveer Thiara!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thiara fails with the takedown.
Randall seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Randall on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Tajveer Thiara seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Thiara clinches with his opponent.

Randall breaks from the clinch.

Thiara closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Thiara tries a body shot but Randall blocks it.
Randall's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Thiara jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Randall walks away with a smile on his face. Thiara gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Thiara closes the distance and pushes Randall back into the cage.
Randall misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Thiara.
Thiara goes for a takedown in the clinch but Randall prevents it.
Trey Randall has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tajveer Thiara.

Randall manages to break the clinch.
Thiara darts in looking for a takedown but Randall gets double underhooks and turns Thiara into the cage.
As Thiara tries to get set, Randall tries to push him back and clinch up but Thiara manages to avoid the attempt.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Thiara digs a right hand underneath Randall's ribcage. Randall let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Thiara avoiding damage as Randall throws knees to the body.
Randall looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Thiara works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Randall wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
A right hook to the body lands for Thiara.

Thiara is trying to break free.
Thiara blocks an uppercut.
Thiara tries to pull guard but Randall won't allow it.
Randall stalling against the cage.
Randall tries to circle away but Thiara has him pinned against the cage.
Thiara jumps guard but Randall turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Randall stalls.

Thiara has picked Randall up - he's going for a ride! Thiara dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Thiara throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Thiara wants to stand up but Randall is controlling the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Randall working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Thiara doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Randall is tightening it up a little... Thiara has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Thiara reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Thiara taps out! Nice BJJ there by Randall!
