Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wilfredo Montoya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rampage Gangsta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rampage Gangsta!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gangsta throws a series of punches but Montoya avoids them all with ease.
Gangsta pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Montoya back to the cage. Gangsta follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Wilfredo Montoya has been cut.
Montoya misses with a combination
and Gangsta counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Gangsta instigates a clinch.
A left hand lands to the body for Gangsta.
Gangsta is trying to pull guard but Montoya turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Gangsta breaks from the clinch.
Gangsta pushes Montoya away with a front kick.

Montoya rushes Gangsta and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Gangsta wants to break the clinch but can't.
Gangsta digs a right hand underneath Montoya's ribcage. Montoya let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Gangsta escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Gangsta closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Gangsta pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Gangsta goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Gangsta dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Gangsta closes the distance and clinches.
Montoya wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Gangsta just leaning against Montoya, taking a breather.

Gangsta breaks from the clinch.
Gangsta slips a jab and a cross from Montoya.

Montoya closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Gangsta to the mat! Gangsta manages to get full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gangsta wants to control the position but Montoya says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Gangsta can do anything to dispel that myth.
Gangsta tries to get to full guard but Montoya has control of the leg.

Gangsta makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Gangsta is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Gangsta ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Gangsta lands a body shot.
Montoya dives in for a single leg takedown but Gangsta sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Gangsta scores with a nice right hand.
Montoya fails with an attempt to clinch.
Gangsta dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Gangsta works over Montoya's head and body with a nice combination.
Montoya is breathing heavily.
Gangsta lands a nice shot that snaps Montoya's head back.

Montoya is rocked!
Gangsta lands with a big left! Montoya is wobbled badly! Gangsta comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Montoya to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
