Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Orssini gets caught napping as Rigner dives in and scores a takedown. Orssini manages to retain guard.
Rigner is standing up over Orssini. Orssini looks to escape but Rigner dives into side control.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Rigner stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Rigner is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Orssini displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rigner.

Rigner shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Orssini manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Rigner wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Orssini, who protects the arm well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Guseppe Orssini will probably get the nod.

Rigner will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Rigner decides to stand up, so the ref orders Orssini to his feet.

Rigner bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Orssini wants to get back to his feet but Rigner is dominant here and he's now got Orssini's back!
What can Orssini do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
