The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Langote doesn't manage to clinch there - Oconnor circles away.
Langote tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Oconnor paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Oconnor is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Langote throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Oconnor's waist but Oconnor gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Langote off to one side.

Oconnor is trying to drag Langote to the mat but Langote just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Langote gets control of Oconnor's arms and successfully pulls guard. Langote will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

It looks like Milton Oconnor has been cut.
Langote dances in with a quick combination. Oconnor is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Langote snaps Oconnor's head back. Oconnor stumbles backwards against the cage. Langote steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Oconnor's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Oconnor just didn't come prepared.
