Van Der Weegh instigates a clinch.
Van Der Weegh tries to pull guard but Joshua forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Joshua lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Van Der Weegh is trying to drag Joshua to the mat but Joshua just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Van Der Weegh takes a shot to the head.
Van Der Weegh is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Joshua is defending well.
Anthony Joshua has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Willem Van Der Weegh.

Joshua drops Van Der Weegh with a big knee straight up the middle! Van Der Weegh is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

It looks like Willem Van Der Weegh has been cut.
Joshua fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Van Der Weegh to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Van Der Weegh looks to clinch but Joshua throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Van Der Weegh taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Anthony Joshua decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
