The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Cambridge both land. Nice combination.
Cambridge swings widly with a right hand
and Pott counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Nice jab there from Pott.
Cambridge takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Cambridge misses with a left hand
letting Pott counter with a right hand.
Cambridge throws a jab but it's blocked by Pott.
Pott seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Pott thumps Cambridge with a low kick.
Cambridge is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Cambridge throws a body shot but no joy.
Pott connects with a looping right hand.
Cambridge throws a poor cross that misses
and Cambridge takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Ryan Cambridge has been cut.
Cambridge misses with an uppercut
and Pott counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Cambridge misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Pott counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Cambridge throws an off balance right hand
and Pott scores with a counter punch that sends Cambridge to the canvas! Pott smells blood - he's punishing Cambridge with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Cambridge has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Roger Pott!
