Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Begbie Franco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Kingsley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Franco comes to the cage accompanied by Born Slippy. Kyle Kingsley acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 42 - 26 - 1, fighting out of London, Begbie Franco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kyle Kingsley!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Franco. Kingsley shrugs it off though.
Franco tries to clinch there but Kingsley circles away.
Kingsley flicks out a counter leg kick but Franco steps away.
Kingsley throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Kingsley looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Franco takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Kingsley cracks Franco with a right hand to the side of the head.
Franco throws out a loose jab but Kingsley uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kingsley takes a swing at Franco's ribcage but misses.
A slow jab from Kingsley misses its intended target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Franco throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kingsley's head.
A head kick by Franco misses
and Kingsley counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Franco throws a head kick but Kingsley moves out of range.
Kingsley drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Franco defends it well.
Kingsley connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Franco's hands.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kingsley dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Franco. That did some damage!
Franco takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Franco moves out of range of the body kick from Kingsley.
Kingsley works the jab nicely.
Kingsley loads up on a big right hand but Franco slips the punch.
Franco drops his hands momentarily and Kingsley takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Kingsley missing with a left hand there. Franco was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Franco takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Franco moves out of range as Kingsley throws a body kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Franco misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Franco takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Kingsley slips a jab and a cross from Franco.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kingsley throws a nice looking combination but Franco bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Franco throws a head kick but Kingsley moves out of range.
Franco throws a sloppy head kick and Kingsley moves out of range easily.
Kingsley swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Kingsley lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Kingsley swinging wildly here.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Franco crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kingsley - the referee stops the clock and Franco gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kingsley. Franco manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Kingsley cracks Franco with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Franco looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Kingsley finish him?


Franco is rocked!
Kingsley misses with an uppercut
and Franco counters with a one-two to the body.
Franco moves out of range of the strikes.
Franco is looking to counter with head kicks.
Franco tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Kingsley lands a big right hand that sends Franco crashing to the mat! Kingsley stays standing though and waves Franco back to his feet!
Oh Franco is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Kingsley engages and cracks Franco with a massive lead left hook - Franco tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Kingsley is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kyle Kingsley!
