The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lincekum connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Lincekum throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Tim Lincekum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wong takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Wong is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Lincekum to keep the fight standing.
Lincekum throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Wong blocks it with crossed arms.

Wong takes one to the side of the head.
Lincekum uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Wong.
Wong on the wrong end of a nice hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wong takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Wong misses with a takedown
and Lincekum counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Wong closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Lincekum wobbles Wong with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Lincekum dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Wong to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
