Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jarkko Kilpi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Apollo Gutz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kilpi might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Solid Base - I Like It. Apollo Gutz will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
24 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Apollo Gutz!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kilpi shoots in but no luck this time.
Kilpi takes one on the chin but seems OK.
It looks like Jarkko Kilpi has been cut.
Gutz connects with a crisp jab.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kilpi is defended easily by Gutz.
Gutz looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Kilpi takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Gutz throws a hook to the side of Kilpi's head but Kilpi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Gutz misses with a looping left.
Kilpi takes one to the side of the head.
Gutz throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kilpi goes for a double leg but Gutz avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Gutz continues to drive forward.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jarkko Kilpi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kilpi shoots in for a takedown but Gutz shows good takedown defense.
Gutz keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
No luck for Kilpi with that takedown attempt.
Gutz steps into range and cracks Kilpi with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Kilpi flops backwards and Gutz dives into his guard looking to finish!
Kilpi is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.

Oh Kilpi is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gutz got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kilpi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gutz has managed to get both his arms back between Kilpi's legs - danger averted.
Kilpi seems to have got his legs back now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gutz wants to pass the guard but Kilpi is keeping the position.
Kilpi wants to hit a switch here but Gutz passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Kilpi there!
Gutz dominating with strikes here.
Jarkko Kilpi's cut is getting worse.
A big strike lands for Gutz! That's really hurt Kilpi and he's turned his back - Gutz keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Gutz jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Apollo Gutz!
After the fight, Apollo Gutz was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
