Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sud Saming (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nem Sis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saming comes to the cage accompanied by Enter the Tiger. Sis is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Tsunami. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

28 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nem Sis!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sis misses with a double jab
and Saming connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Sis misses with a leg kick
and Saming counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
A low kick from Sis is predictable there
and Saming counters with a stiff right hand.
Saming uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sis.
Sis tries to score with a low kick but Saming moves his leg out of the way.
Saming connects with the punch.
Saming smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Sis fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Saming avoids the body shot from Sis.
Sis takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Saming blocks a leg kick.
Nem Sis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A bone on bone clash there as Sis blocks the leg kick.
Saming misses with a head kick.
Saming has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Dr Hatsumi's Clinic in the buildup to the fight.

Sis swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Saming is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Saming lands a front kick.
Sis's corner calls for a 1-2. Sis obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Nice body punch from Sis.
Sis uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Saming.
Sis connects with a right hand. Saming shakes it off.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Saming, right into the meat.
Sis throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

and Saming counters with a thumping low kick.
Sis on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Sis swings widly with a right hand
and Saming counters with a leg kick.
Saming connects with a leg kick. Sis looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sis swings for the body but Saming moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Saming. Sis does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Saming thuds his right hand into Sis's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Saming ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Good exchange - Sis coming out on top.
Saming lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Saming's corner calls for a 1-2. Saming obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Saming dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sis. That did some damage!
Sis swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Saming counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Saming takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Sis keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Saming getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Saming throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sis stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Sis throws a hook to the side of Saming's head but Saming sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Saming throws a quick counter kick to the body but Sis avoids it.
Saming walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Sis checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Sis is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Sis misses with a kick to the body
and Saming cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Sis cracks the inside of Saming's front leg.
Sis fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Saming manages to avoid it.
Sis fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Saming checks it well.
Sis throws a push kick but Saming slaps the foot to one side.
It looked like Saming wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Saming thows a left - swing and a miss!
Sis connects with a body shot that sends Saming's belly button to the back.
Sis misses with the body kick
and Saming counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Sis tried to score with a low kick but Saming checks it.
A counter left hand to the body from Saming misses its target.
Saming checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Sis misses with a head kick.
Saming ducks under a wild hook from Sis.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A big left from Saming misses.
Saming takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Saming takes the fight into the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Saming creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Sis tries to circle away but Saming has him pinned against the cage.
Sis lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Saming scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Saming lands a nice knee to the body.
Sis lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Saming has a couple of punches blocked by Sis.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Saming lands a shot to the body.
Saming lands a right hand.
Saming working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Sis is rocked!
Sis tries for a takedown. No joy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sud Saming dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Sis throws a lazy body kick
and Saming counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Saming swings for the body but Sis moves out of range.
Saming closes the distance and pushes Sis back into the cage.
Saming breaks from the clinch.
Sis throws a leg kick that is checked
enabling Saming to counter with a crisp jab.
Sis is still on wobbly legs! Can Saming finish him?
Saming pounces like a tiger and cracks Sis with a vicious hook! Sis is down but not out! Saming follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Sud Saming!
A relieved looking Sud Saming thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
