These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nixon scores with a decent looking hook.
Martial looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Donk. Nixon catches Martial right on the button with a cross.
Nixon scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Nixon connects with a crisp jab.

Martial is rocked!
Nixon bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Martial's head backwards.
Oh Martial is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Martial takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Nixon jabs Martial to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Nixon thuds a left hand into Martial's body.

Nixon drops Martial with a left right combo! Nixon follows him down to the ground into side control.
Martial definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nixon staying calm.

Nixon stands up.
BOOM! Nixon lands a beautiful left hook that drops Martial. Martial tries to recover but Nixon is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Martial lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
