Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Hoffman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bernhard Langer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Langer has chosen Jeezy f. Rocko and 2 Chainz - Benihana as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bernhard Langer!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good work by Hoffman as he checks the leg kick.
Langer shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Langer ducks under a wild hook from Hoffman.
Langer staying out of range there.
Hoffman on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Langer. Langer obviously looking to wear him down.

Hoffman lands a left and a right that sends Langer crashing to the canvas! Hoffman dives into mount looking to finish!

It looks like Bernhard Langer has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Langer tries to reverse the position but Hoffman maintains control.
Langer told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
Hoffman content just to control the position here.
Langer is looking to get to half guard.

Langer bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Langer throws a strike but Hoffman rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Langer pulls Hoffman in close to prevent any damage.
Hoffman is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Hoffman being controlled here momentarily.
Langer is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Langer manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hoffman manages to get himself to full guard.

Langer loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Hoffman preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Hoffman is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Hoffman tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Langer working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Langer is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Langer throwing strikes from guard but Hoffman blocks nicely.
Langer postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Hoffman misses with a looping left.
Langer throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Langer uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hoffman.
Hoffman clobbers Langer with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Langer is rocked!
A low kick from Langer misses
and Hoffman counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Langer has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!

Jack Hoffman really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Bullet Proof System logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
