The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Enkamp checks a leg kick.
Costa swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Enkamp was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Enkamp walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Costa tries to score a power double leg takedown but Enkamp sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Costa somewhat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've been hearing reports that Costa has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Enkamp has had enough of the clinch but Costa keeps him there for the moment.

Enkamp got a little sloppy there for a moment and Costa has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Enkamp has managed to get both his arms back between Costa's legs - danger averted.

Costa has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Enkamp doesn't defend quickly enough and Costa has managed to lock this one up! Can Enkamp escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Costa on a fantastic submission victory.

In his post fight interview, Vinicius Costa started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
