Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gregory Scarpa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ceoghan Cartwright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cartwright is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Disciples of Power - Born Unto Death. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ceoghan Cartwright was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Scarpa manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Cartwright on his heels. He'll look to pass Cartwright's guard now, I'm sure.
Cartwright lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Scarpa had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Cartwright defends it easily.

Cartwright is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Scarpa has escaped the position, nice work there.

Cartwright connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Scarpa some visible discomfort.

Cartwright thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Oh Scarpa is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cartwright can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Scarpa is looking to escape.
