The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ceronne darts in and clinches Lee up against the cage.

Lee ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Lee no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ceronne lands a couple of digs.
Ceronne tries to free his leg and advance position but Lee is retaining full guard.
Ceronne wants to control from the top but Lee keeps moving.
Ceronne throws a big right hand that misses.
Ceronne sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lee's guard.
Lee wants to control but Ceronne is keeping busy.

Ceronne looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

You can see the frustration on Lee's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Lee is looking to regain half guard here but Ceronne keeps moving and retains side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ceronne remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Ceronne with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Lee takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Ceronne's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
