Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jango Fett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felicito Vicente (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vicente drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Vicente is trying to get an arm triangle but Fett is defending well.
Vicente tries to stand but Fett is controlling his head.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vicente tries to stand but can't do so whilst Fett controls his leg.

Vicente wants to stand and escape but instead Fett has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Vicente wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Fett is now in half guard.
Vicente tries to kick Fett off but Fett keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Vicente has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Fett is working away from the top position though.
Nice strikes from Fett there.
Vicente has hold of Fett's hands but Fett slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Fett working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Vicente taking some punishment here, with Fett in his half guard.
Fett wants to take a breather but Vicente is having none of it.
We've been hearing good reports from Fett's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Vicente is trying to maintain the position but Fett is very close to passing his half guard.

Fett works his foot free and advances to mount.
Fett has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Vicente tries to lock up and control but Fett gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Vicente might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Fett haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Vicente rolls, trying to escape but Fett keeps control of the position.
Fett is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Vicente has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Fett scores with punches to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Fett.
Fett lands a series of strikes from the back and Vicente goes limp! The ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jango Fett!
Jango Fett tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
