Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Chief Tecumseh!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romero gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Tecumseh counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Romero jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tecumseh walks away with a smile on his face. Romero gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Tecumseh connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Romero momentarily.
Chief Tecumseh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Romero gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Tecumseh.
Tecumseh lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Tecumseh has a couple of punches blocked by Romero.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Romero wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Tecumseh has him pressed against the cage.

Tecumseh swings wildly with an uppercut but Romero uses good head movement to avoid it.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Romero decides to pull guard.
Tecumseh controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Romero wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Tecumseh manages to pass to side control.

Chief Tecumseh seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Tecumseh pushes off and lands a massive hook that knocks Romero out cold! The fight is all over!
