The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Babushkin slips under a jab from MacLeod.
MacLeod works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

MacLeod lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
MacLeod cracks Babushkin with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. MacLeod has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Babushkin to stand back up!

Spencer MacLeod seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
MacLeod feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Babushkin sprawling to the canvas! Babushkin rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can MacLeod finish him?!

MacLeod circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Babushkin to the canvas! Babushkin doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - MacLeod keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
