Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gail Wilder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lord Kek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gail Wilder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lord Kek!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wilder manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kek on his heels. He'll look to pass Kek's guard now, I'm sure.
Kek is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Wilder dives into side control.

Kek is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Wilder asserts his dominance and retains side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kek bucks up and tries to throw Wilder off but instead Wilder has got his back!
Kek is trying to get back to his feet but Wilder has full control of the position and if anything, Kek has just worked his way into a worse spot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Will Wilder go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kek tries to escape the position.

Wilder seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Kek's chin but Kek turns very nicely into Wilder's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Kek.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Wilder is on top in guard.


Kek looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Wilder controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Wilder prevents Kek from getting back to his feet.
Wilder is standing up over Kek. Kek looks to escape but Wilder dives into side control.
Kek is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Wilder off and has taken his back!

I really don't envy Wilder right now.

Kek moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Wilder has worked his arm free - good work by Wilder!
Wilder is not content to let Kek control the position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Kek content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Lord Kek will probably get the nod.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Kek wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Wilder shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kek is trying to defend but Wilder finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Kek is looking to get back to is feet but Wilder passes into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kek is looking for a sweep.
Kek is trying to buck Wilder off.
Kek tries to bench press Wilder off him but Wilder keeps the position.

Wilder slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Kek looking very determined here, making life difficult for Wilder.

Wilder is persistently looking for the submission but Kek is defending it well.
Wilder will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Kek defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Wilder's arms.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Wilder keeps control of the position easily here as Kek tries to buck him off.
Kek is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Gail Wilder dominated that second round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Wilder shoots in for a double leg but Kek sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Oooooh!!! Kek has knocked Wilder down with a huge combo! Kek steps away and waves a wobbly Wilder back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


Wilder is rocked!


It looks like Gail Wilder has been cut.
Kek cracks Wilder with a left hook right on the temple and Wilder goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Kek lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Wilder is OK!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lord Kek!
