Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Lou da Vinci and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Chrome.
Chrome tries to bum rush Bear with a series of wild strikes but Bear uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bear drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Chrome defends it well.
Chrome fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bear is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Chrome will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
And Bear tries to counter it with a takedown but Chrome pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Chrome looks to land a combination but Bear avoids it well.
Chrome is breathing heavily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A low kick from Chrome is predictable there

and Bear counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Bear working over Chrome with some ground and pound. Chrome looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Bear winds up and cracks Chrome with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Bear working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Bear working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Bear scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Bear with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

Chrome wants to get back to full guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Bear lands a nice short elbow.
Bear winds up and cracks Chrome with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Still in half guard, Bear seems content to control.
Bear lands with a punch from half guard.
Bear is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Bear stalling.

Chrome on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Bear seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Chrome is rocked!
Bear is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Chrome is hurt! He's hurt bad - Bear fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Chrome from any more punishment! Congratulations to Bear! Great finish!
