Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trigg slips under a jab from McGregor .
McGregor seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Trigg throws a hook to the side of McGregor 's head but McGregor sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
McGregor swings widly with a right hand
and Trigg counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Trigg just misses with a punch to the body.
McGregor jabbing away but nothing is landing.
McGregor closes the distance looking to clinch
and Trigg counters with a nice uppercut.
McGregor lunges at Trigg with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Trigg's hand.
McGregor misses with a looping left.
McGregor missing with a left hand there. Trigg was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Trigg throws the left hand but McGregor avoids the punch easily.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
McGregor tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Trigg manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
McGregor throws an overhand right that lands on Trigg's shoulder, as Trigg tries to avoid the shot.
Trigg appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Trigg's hands are dropping dangerously low here and McGregor connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Trigg scrambles back to his feet.

Trigg throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by McGregor .
McGregor chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Trigg can pounce on him.
McGregor just misses with a punch to the body.
McGregor throws a big shot that misses.
We've been informed that Trigg has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
McGregor throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Trigg throws a nice head kick!
McGregor takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
McGregor walks into a straight right hand from Trigg.
Trigg dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on McGregor . That did some damage!

and McGregor counters with a stiff right hand.
Trigg scores with a kick to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McGregor has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Trigg.

and Trigg cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
McGregor swings for the body but Trigg moves out of range.
Trigg thuds his right hand into McGregor 's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Trigg lands a nice shot to the body.

Trigg turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

McGregor takes one on the chin but seems OK.

and Trigg cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Trigg fakes the leg kick and cracks McGregor in the body.
McGregor swings and misses with a hook to the body.
McGregor takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Trigg moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Trigg feints and then cracks McGregor 's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow McGregor down.

McGregor throws an overhand right that lands on Trigg's shoulder, as Trigg tries to avoid the shot.
Trigg missing with a left hand there. McGregor was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Trigg lands with a kick to the ribs.
Trigg dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Trigg scores with a punch to the head.
McGregor is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Trigg scores with a spinning back kick!

Trigg looks low and kicks high, catching McGregor right on the side of the head, sending him crashing to the canvas! Will he be able to beat the count? 3,4,5 - he's already back to his feet and ready to go! Let's see if he's still with it!

Trigg knocks out McGregor with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Trigg before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Trigg picks up the big W with a huge KO!
