Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hector Moreno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie Vardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Vardy's choice of entrance music: Battle Cry – Imagine Dragons. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moreno lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Vardy stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Vardy wants it to stay on the feet.
Moreno misses with a wild body shot.
Moreno throws a body shot but no joy.
Vardy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Moreno manages to avoid it.
Vardy scores with a nice strike.

Vardy's coach down at Fight Factory was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Vardy's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Moreno takes a swing at Vardy's ribcage but misses.
Vardy uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Moreno .
Moreno looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vardy misses with a wild combination.
Moreno shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Vardy sprawls well. Vardy wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Moreno gets slowly back to his feet.

Vardy stuffs the takedown attempt from Moreno . Moreno gets slowly back to his feet.
As Moreno backs off Vardy throws a huge counter combo but Moreno manages to avoid it all.

Vardy breaks the clinch.
Vardy lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Moreno can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Vardy and Moreno drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Vardy.
