The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Christ looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Mcintyre could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Mcintyre shoots in and bounces Christ off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Mcintyre is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Mcintyre drops back looking for a leg! Christ is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Christ manages to kick Mcintyre off! Mcintyre jumps back into Christ's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mcintyre is stalling in the full guard.
Mcintyre might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Mcintyre sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Christ's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Christ is looking for a sweep. Mcintyre is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Mcintyre in particular looking to stall.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Christ wants to clinch up but Mcintyre keeps it at a distance.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Christ is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Mcintyre is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Christ is trying to escape and Mcintyre transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Christ is forced to tap! Nice work there by Mcintyre! Very nice indeed!
