Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lethal Larry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hannes Haades (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Larry might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Promise Man. Haades is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Accept - Head Over Heels. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Larry takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Larry throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

Haades scores with a leg kick.
Haades throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Haades shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
A solid leg kick lands there for Larry.

Haades has taken the fight to the clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Larry tries to pull guard but Haades holds him up against the cage and eventually Larry drops back down to his feet.

Larry is trying to drag Haades to the mat but Haades just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Larry wants to break free but Haades has control.

Larry breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Larry takes one on the button.
Larry looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Larry throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Lethal Larry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Larry connects with a leg kick. Haades looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Larry misses with a body kick.
Haades tries to counter by closing the distance.
Haades misses with a double jab.
Larry throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Haades wants to counter the offense by Larry and move into the clinch position.
Larry jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Haades slips a straight right by Larry.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Haades! But no joy.
Larry connects with an inside leg kick.
Larry walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Haades checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Haades tries a quick counter leg kick but Larry is wise to it.
Larry misses with an attempted mid kick.

and Haades counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Haades.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Larry manages to break the clinch.
Larry moves out of range of the body kick from Haades.
Larry is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Haades.
Larry ducks under a wild hook from Haades.
Haades lands a high kick!
It looks like Lethal Larry has been cut.
Larry throws a predictable looking body shot
and Haades counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Larry swats away the attempt to clinch by Haades.
A looping hook to the body misses from Larry. Haades does a little dance to reset his feet.
Larry looks to land a left hand but Haades moved out of range nicely.
Larry throws a low kick but Haades moves out of range easily.
Larry throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Larry shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Haades scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Larry manages to mount him!
Haades tries to lock up and control but Larry gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Larry throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Larry wants to finish this one by submission but Haades is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Larry.
Haades has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
Larry manages to capitalize on a mistake by Haades to take his back!

Haades is really stuck here.
Haades is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Larry gets his way!
Haades is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Larry off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Haades wants to control his opponent's hands but Larry gets his hands free.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Larry is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Haades knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Haades manages to work his way to half guard, despite Larry's best efforts.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Haades is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Larry is pressing down on Haades's thigh, looking to free his foot. Haades is holding on for now.

Haades is defending against the submission attempts here by Larry.
Larry is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Haades doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Larry.
Larry is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Haades sees it coming and defends easily.
Haades is trying to control Larry's posture. Larry takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Haades! Larry is rotating here... this could be the end... Haades is out! Larry has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
